Skinny Belgians

I can´t stop reflecting on how Belgium people stay so thin. I´ve been here for over a month and I have seen approximately five really fat people, in Sweden I see like 100 really overweight people a day. I would even say that most of the people here would be considered underweight in Sweden. I really have to look up some fact´s about this, is the averege belgian slimmer then the average swede? Do they have less problem with obesity? Or is it just my imagination?

It´s not like they eat healthy. Everyone´s eating frenchfries with mayonaise and waffels everywhere.
Everything is fried even the hamburgers they frie the meat at the local fastfoodrestaurants.
And the supermarkets is filld with chocolate granola, chocolate filled breakfast bread, milk in so many flavours you can´t imagine, nutella in all forms, pastries and cookies in million variations.

For an example if I wanna buy one chocolate bar at the supermarket it´s not possible, because they are almost always sold in bigpacks so I have to buy 10 chocolate bars and save the remaining nine. And how easy is it to not eat them all at once?
Is it just me who can´t controll myself?

Thank god for my gene´s otherwise I would come rolling home after this semester!

Tindra is having a friend over

Carsos dog has got a new bestfriend, Stig a small little fellow who is just as active as she is so they are a match made in heaven.
Tonight Carso has promised to arrange a playdate for them both while Stigs owner is at a party, so far so good.
Kind of hard to take a good picture of them though because they are never still!
Oh by the way the riding today went very well

Certificate

Nia´s grandfather went to heaven last week. Sad but true.
To be allowed to go home for the funeral 18/3 the school need a certificate to prove that we are going to a funeral and not to Gröna lund or some other enjoyable happening. Wonder what Eveline Le Roy say when I mail her a pictur of the corpse of Nias beloved grandfather? Maby we should film the funeral and send a thank for the day off.

I dont mind to be helpful to my friends and family but damn it would ya at least be honest?
There are way to many people who cant stand up for themselves or their believes, dont understand
why its so scary to be honest and stand up for your words.

D-day tomorrow

Carso will probably die tomorrow since she is going to start the work to break in a new horse. The action can be seen at Brynje around 10 tomorrow morning.
I think she is crazy, because this time it isnt a pony, its a real big one. Carso think she is crazy as well but then again she is always crazy so why change a winning concept?
This weekend though is going to be a party weekend, birthdayparty for Carso on Friday and Africanparty on Saturday.

Breda carnival

Did I forget to tell you about the big carneval in Breda/Netherlands that we went to during our mid-term break. If I already told you im sorry for repeating.
Well it was a amazing carneval people at all ages in funny costumes, beer everywhere, loud ompa music and a lot of confetti. The funny thing that i ment to tell you about was that all of a sudden I thougt I recognized a song, telling my self im going crazy, cant be true I never heard thees dutch ompa songs before. And then the song came to the chorus and I´m yelling Wunderbara upplåsbara Barbara. Every one in our company dropped their chins thinking Im crazy or something. I explained it´s a swedish Robert Broberg song, and they looked a bit awkwardly at me and I finnished my first beer in silence. And after a fev minuts I´m thinking oh no I must be insane I´ve heard this song before too, and I coulden´t help screaming lilla fröken fräken i från fryken. And now everyone want´s to take me to the emergency for a cat scan.
And I now decided to be quiet for a while.

Everyday is a birthday

I discovered that every day here in Kortrijk someone´s having a birthdayparty. Well nothing strange since we are a lot of erasmus student´s and we do like our parties. But if they continue to celebrate their birthdays in this speed they won´t have to work when they´re graduated because they will be in the retirement age. Nice plan, maby I should go for that even though I hate my birthday, but I hate to work even more so guess the problem is solved. From now on Debbie has a birthday everyday.

Madness!

As if it wasnt enough with a crazy little shark! Tindra arrived today and Im tellin you its a fucking madness at Carsos house right now. Carpets are flying, toys are everywhere and there are dogs all over the place.
Add this mess to Carsos sore knee and you have a perfect situation for all of us.

Busy weekend

Gosh has been a crazy busy weekend for me and the shark, went to mum to recover from the ilness and ended up at a white trash party. Was horrible and a lot of weird, fat, trashy and drunken people.

Been throwin up all night and half the day, fucking disgusting. Been wondering though why it feels so good
to throw up after eating or when you are anxiety-ridden but its the worst thing ever when you have a gastric catarrh?

Just woke up...

OMG just woke up, guess the tripp was harder then i thought.
Hard to understand how much snow there is in Sweden right now, how is Carso and little Shark gonna make it. They must be drowning in all that snow.
I really need a shower now, but they are all taken. Don´t wanna show up at Tequila girl´s all smelly and stuff.
And Mikaela don´t worry girl, Nia is getting really good at taking care of her self and is amazingly careful now a days.

I know its hard for you outside Östersund and Sweden to realize how much snow it can be in one place but I will now show you some pics of the mess.
The shark is a very smart dog, he has been hiding under the covers all day. The snow is too deep, too cold and its fucking everywhere not the best situation for someone that small hahaha

Ive got a rat

Dont know whats so hard to understand about me being invalidos, but somehow Ive got myself a little rat today, no sorry a little dog. The shark (name of the dog) is in the middle of a divorce situation so he has moved in with me, dont get fooled by the name though, he is tiny. After a few fights about whos in charge we are finally friends and Im kind of startin to like the little rat...dog.
This dog is like kids, they are cute when they are a sleep and when they do, they are fuckin cute.

Processing

Arrived "home" a couple of hours ago. My mind is spinning, been three hecitic days. Firts we went to a city called Breda in Holland, was a big carneval a lot of crazy people in crazy costumes. I wanted to dress up to, I love masquerades. Then we went to Utricht and in the night Amsterdam waited for us to take us out for a ride. Spent yesterday there too and to day we wen´t to Haag and Rotterdam. A lot of walking, my entire body hurts. So Im going to sleep soon.
Tomorrow were having a potluck supper so I need some rest.

Was looking at this documentary last night about men who cant get laid so they sleep with their cars instead (!!!???)
seriously, how the hell does mankind work, or not work?

No wonder kids dont eat

Was babysitting Carsos sisters kids today. Took Budda on a stroll down town Krokom and had coffee with the locals very nice day until we collected Wille from cresche and got stuck in a very deep snowhole and couldnt get up.
Eventually after diggin myself out we took the sled down the hill, awesome!
To all of ya parents whom are wondering why your kids dont eat, try their food and you will see why. Its fucking disgusting no wonder they wont eat it. Gave the kids icecram instead, that they ate hahaha

Is 50 the new 15?

After spending the weekend at Carsos mums house I cant help asking if 50 is the new 15? Try to spend an hour with two newly in love middle aged people...well Im tellin you its like seein two newly in love 15 year old virgins whom just discovered sex. All G and H were talking about was how often they had sex, when they are havin sex the next time, how boring Gs daughter is (shes not drinking) and how often do I get laid now days and with whom!!!!! Dont get me started on their use and behavior when they have been drinking and that goes for all people over 50
And parents call us alcoholics and sexaddicts!!!???
Im sure, 50 is absolutly the new 15. I suppose its the age thing that freaks them out, although its kind of pathetic
